The Mark Of A True Photographer

The Mark Of A True Photographer

FullSizeRender (1)When I got my first camera (a Canon Rebel T3i), I was simply happy with being able to take better quality photos than what my phone could manage. That was over 2 years ago, and those 2 years encompass the first steps of my photographic journey. In that time, I’ve worked for a photography company, won a few contests here and there, and have failed to get the shot I wanted more times than I care to admit. However, I know that I’m still learning, and I’m only 16. While I don’t quite know what lies ahead, I am certain that when it comes to photography, I can only get better. In my opinion, that’s what it’s all about: the actual pictures I take don’t mean too much to me. What I take pride in is knowing that I have the skill and technical know-how to recreate that picture time and time again. Because anyone can take the odd good photo, but to be able to know how to do that consistently is the mark of a true photographer.
